Hubbard, Jimmie Diane Beaverton, Michigan Jimmie Diane Hubbard, age 71, passed away on June 9, 2020. Jimmie Diane was born on March 30, 1949 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Delores Varney and James Maynard. She led a selfless life, serving her community through her work with the Red Cross and Girl Scouts of America. She was an Army wife to Seargent Cash Steven Hubbard and was by his side throughout his military career, including their time together in Gelnhausen, Germany and Fort Carson Colorado. She was an avid NASCAR fan, she gained a special affinity for #48 Jimmie Johnson through her career with Lowes Home Improvement. Jimmie had vivacious energy that would light up a room when she walked in. She brought joy to all those around her and thrived on the love of her children and grandchildren and many friends. She is survived by her husband of 36 years Cash Hubbard; her son, Air Force veteran, Philip Donahue; daughter, Mindee Mangiagli; step-daughter, Rhiannon Perez; and six grandchildren, Evee, Teague, Connor, Brandon, Shawn and Joseph. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delores and James; Army veteran, step-father, Patrick J. Donahue; sister, Alice; brother, Army veteran, Carlos; and her step-daughter, Kathleen. Her final resting place is at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. A celebration of life will be held at the Albright Shores Fraternal Order of the Eagles, 1380 Estey Road Beaverton, Michigan, on June 12, 2021 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 P.M. Food will be served all day and dishes welcome. Bagpipes at 2:00 P.M., balloon send off at 3:00 P.M., and a Toast to Jimmie. For any questions please call 989-435-7380.
