Blasch, Frederick R. "Rick" Munger, Michigan formerly of Bay City Mr. Blasch, age 73, died on Monday, January 6, 2020. Frederick Raymond Blasch was born in Saginaw on August 10, 1946 to the late Gustave C. and Lorraine V. (Tessier) Blasch. Rick worked as a Sonographer at Ascension St. Mary's-Standish, retiring in 2013. He married Donna Shook in Stonington, Connecticut on June 20, 2014. Rick was a member of Mid-Michigan Model Makers-Saginaw, and was a volunteer Tour Guide for the USS Edson, Bay City. Mr. Blasch is survived by his wife Donna, children; Chad (Linda) Blasch of Jericho, VT, Sheri Bender of Georgia, Rob VanMullekom of Linwood, Kelly (Chris) Goossen of Grand Haven, and Wendy(Eric Kaznowski) Shook of Bay City, 10 grandchildren; Juniper, Marlie, Jake, Morgan, Emma, Skylar, Emily, Daniel, Seth & Nathan. Also surviving are his brothers and his sister; Eric Blasch of Saginaw, Dale Blasch of Saginaw and Sandy (Tom) Schlatter of Bay City, sister in law Jackie Blasch of Shields. He was preceded in death by his brothers; Robert Blasch and Gary Blasch. A Life Celebration Gathering will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Friday, January 10, 2020 at the Bangor Township Hall, 3921 Wheeler Road, Bay City, Michigan.
