Obituary of Cathy J. Bannick

Bannick, Cathy J. Bay City, MI Cathy passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the age of 61. She was born October 25, 1955 in Bay City Michigan to George and Gladys Thomas. She married Dale Bannick November 18, 1972 and he survives her. She was a special person who loved her family, loved animals, enjoyed camping and taking care of others. She had worked as both a home health aide and a hospice aide. She is survived by her husband Dale; daughter, Shawn (Brian) Bedell of Bay City MI; grandchildren, Brayden Brooks, and Adrienne and Lillienne Bedell; sister and brothers, Pam Herzberger of Bay City MI, George R (Marsha)Thomas of Bay City MI, Terry (Ann) Thomas of Bay City MI, Rob Thomas of Saginaw; father in law, Ken Bannick of Bay City MI; sister in law, Connie (Mark) Kempner; brothers in law, Dave Bannick of Bad Axe MI, Dean (Joyce) Bannick of Bay City MI, Dennis (Tammy) Bannick of North Carolina; many nieces and nephews. A Life Celebration will be held at the Hyatt Ewald Funeral Home, 700 N. Monroe St., Bay City, MI on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 10 AM – 1 PM, with a service at 1 PM.
