My condolences to the family. Frank put the twinkle in my moms (Marlene Kiggins) eye, the smile on her face. He gave her the opportunity to travel and to truly enjoy the last few years of life on earth. He was a wonderful man. One thing I will remember about Frank is that he was always cooking out on the grill - rain or shine.
