Mrs. French, age 76, died on Sunday December 27, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region. Edith was born in Bayport, Michigan on January 20, 1939 to the late Henry and Mary (Shall) Taylor. She retired from General Motors. Mrs. French is survived by her 3 children; Keith (Kellie) French of Bay City, Dana French of Bentley, Christine Bliss of Bay City. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 2 brothers; Sonny and Robert Taylor. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday January 2, 2016 at First Congregational Church, 900 Sixth Street, Bay City, Michigan. Those considering an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to Wounded Warrior Project.
