Obituary of Robert A. Hemstreet

Hemstreet, Robert A. Bay City, MI Bob passed away Monday, June 22, 2015 at the age of 84. He was born in Bay City on August 28, 1930 to the late Frank and Vera Mae (Smith) Hemstreet. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed camping and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife Sally whom he married July 16, 1955. Also surviving are his daughters, Bobbi (Rick) Taylor, Patti Klapish, and Heidi (Bill) Prince all of Bay City; 6 grandchildren, Andrew and Scott Taylor, Chloe and Cade Klapish, Weston and Stephen Prince; & a sister, Joyce Habbershaw. He was predeceased by his sister Ardis Schindler and son-in-law Tim Klapish. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday July 26, 2015 at 1st Presbyterian Church Chapel, 805 Center Ave., Bay City MI. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:30 PM.
