Naomi was born on December 11, 1949 in Byhalia, Mississippi to the late Robert L.

Redding Sr. and Ola M. Redding (who preceded her in death). She accepted Christ

and joined with the Hearn Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Byhalia, Mississippi.

Naomi departed this life on April 4, 2024 at the McLaren Bay Region Hospital in Bay City,

Michigan.

Naomi had three siblings that preceded her in death, one sister, Rosa St. Jules; two

brothers, Robert L. Redding Jr.; and Minister Lawrence E. Redding. She leaves to mourn her passing,

one son, Demarquis L. Redding of Olive Branch, Mississippi; two sisters, Bessie

(Charles) Anthony of Byhalia, Mississippi, and Ginnella Redding of Olive Branch,

Mississippi; one brother, Wallace E. Redding of Olive Branch, Mississippi; two aunts; two
