Mario, age 68, passed away March 21, 2023. He was born in Midland Texas, August 12, 1954 to the late Samuel Peña Manriquez and Silvia Ann (Sosa) Manriquez. Mario wore many hats throughout his life in the service industry ranging from country club server, golf caddy to some of golf history’s greats, recreation center director, fine clothing sales, and eventually leading to his love of food and work in the restaurant industry, as a lead cook.

 

Mario is survived by his children, Sean, Christopher (Kasey), Stefan, and Nikalette; grandchildren, Amelia, Madylin, Otis, and Arlo; siblings, Samuel, Ann, Mark, and Perry; and niece, Vanessa Ross.
