William S.  “Zero” Lanagan III, of Bay City Michigan, passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 86. William was born on December 7, 1936, to the late Mildred Mary (DeMitchell) and William Stevens Lanagan II.

William enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends. For a time, William bore a striking resemblance to Willie Nelson and enjoyed when strangers thought he was and often played along. He enjoyed playing the lottery and doing scratch off tickets always hoping for “the big win”.
