Obituary of William Charles Hall

Please share a memory of William to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Hall, William Charles “Bill”

Bay City, Michigan

Bill, born on April 6, 1936 lived his life with a smile on his face, a heart for helping others, and abundant love for his family. He passed away peacefully on November 2, 2022.

He took great pride in his work for Greyhound, and every job he ever did. He loved to ride his three-wheel bike, wax cars, and go bowling. Holiday family gatherings at his niece Mary Krause's home were a highlight each year. He was a devoted fan of the Detroit Tigers and classic cars, but most of all, Bill was fan of his family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mary Weiss and his biological father, Mark Hall, as well as three sisters, Audrey, Kathy and Betty. He is survived by his “Sis”, Virginia Gilbert who he lived with for much of his life. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Cindy.

The family wants to offer a special thank you to the staff at both Auburn Heights and Brittany Manor and his nephew, Steve Jean for taking wonderful care of “Uncle Bill” at the end of his life.

A family celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date.  To sign online guestbook, visit www.cremationsocietymidmi.com
