Mark volunteered every Friday 12pm at Toni and Trish House where I served as a full time day shift Care Coordinator. I always looked forward to Fridays at the house because of Mark's presence there. He always brought warmth, laughter, and a caring spirit when he was there at the house. Mark's good friend George Schaller was also there on Fridays so between the two of them there was always a smile and laughter, which brightened up everyone's spirits. Rest in Peace Mr. Mark Denay. You will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️.

I served on the board of the Bay Area Women’s Center with Mark. He was a sweet, dedicated man who worked to help others. We need more people like him in the world. My condolences to his family.

God Bless You, Mark. I always knew you cared about me and how I was doing in my Single life...you were a good friend during the years when the Brandon's hosted cookouts that ended in deep thoughts and conversations. I'll always treasure your friendship. God Bless You as you explore Heaven....

Lord Jesus Christ, by your own three days in the tomb, you hallowed the graves of all who believe in you and so made the grave a sign of hope that promises resurrection even as it claims our mortal bodies. Thank you for Giving Mark now his Eternal Rest as he enters your Kingdom.
Grant that Mark may sleep here in peace until you awaken him to glory, for you are the resurrection and the life.
Grant too Mark’s entire family and friends the peace and wonderful understanding of your infinite love and mercy through welcoming Him back to you Jesus.
Then he will see you face to face and in your light will see light and know the splendor of God, for you live and reign forever and ever.
Amen.
Mark was truly a man with a commanding presence yet gentle in his approach to everyone he met. Always leading by example with his love of God’s Word and in all the lives he helped and touched indirectly. I miss his wonderful spirit. Theresa and I pray for him, you and us all.
Good Bless his Soul, Matt

To Cori and family.
May you be comforted in your grief knowing what a special and well-loved man Mark was. I shall miss him though it has been sometime since we have been together at Pam and Harry’s. I look forward to celebrating the life of this loving and generous man.
Peace.

Our beloved brother, Mark, was an inspiration to all who knew him. His going away gift to us was a visit by a bald eagle which sat in our basswood tree today in our yard along the shore of Lake Michigan. Nobility meets nobility! Truly Mark was an eagle who fought for “the least of these”in this world. We miss him terribly!
His brothers, Tom, Mike, and Cliff
